OfficePlace is an integrated suite consisting of OfficePlace Sensors, OfficePlace Connect, and OfficePlace Group Calendar. It enables sensor-driven resource booking, synchronizes data between Resource Central and Microsoft 365, and provides a shared view of user calendars across teams in one unified solution.
About the roadmap
The roadmap provides an overview of major features in future releases. It’s intended as long-term guidance and not as a guarantee of future releases as our development priorities change based on customer feedback. The roadmap is therefore updated on a regular basis.

- New API for DS Service integration.
Connect
- Improved calendar subscription reliability, reducing the risk of missed reservations and helping calendars stay up to date.
Group Calendar
- New landing page for the Group Calendar login.
- New option to quickly duplicate appointments to another time slot or assign them to other users by right-clicking an existing appointment.
- Support for appointment categories, similar to those available in Microsoft Outlook.
- Color-coded categories for improved visibility and easier schedule management.
- Enhanced appointment formatting, making location details easier to identify at a glance.
- Improved user interface for setting up and managing user-defined groups.
Sensor
- LINAK Desk Sensor integration has been migrated to the new sensor architecture, improving scalability, performance, and long-term maintainability.
- Added support for Disruptive Technologies Touch Sensors, expanding the range of supported workplace sensors.
- Introduced a new Sensor Activity Log report to improve monitoring and troubleshooting.
