Permissions - Microsoft Active Directory does not notify Resource Central when groups are deleted (On-Premise) In On-Premise environments
Resource Central relies on change notifications from Microsoft Active Directory to keep group-based permissions synchronized. Due to a limitation in Microsoft Active Directory, deleting a group does not generate the required notification. As a result, Resource Central is not informed that the group has been deleted, which may cause outdated or incorrect permission settings to remain on resources in Resource Finder.
Workaround: Configure a periodic Full Sync in the RealTime Service. The Full Sync will detect deleted groups and ensure that group information and related permissions are synchronized correctly.
Status: This is caused by a limitation in Microsoft Active Directory change notifications. We are monitoring changes and updates from Microsoft that may address this limitation.

Resource Booking Web App (RBWA) not supported with OfficePlace Connect
The Resource Booking Web App (RBWA) is deprecated and is not supported with OfficePlace Connect. After migrating from RealTime Service to OfficePlace Connect, RBWA will no longer work and will be removed from the SaaS environment. The replacement for RBWA is the Workspace Booking app, our mobile app for booking resources on Android and iPhone devices.
Impact: Customers currently using RBWA will need to transition to the Workspace Booking app when migrating to OfficePlace Connect.
Status: RBWA is deprecated and will not be supported with OfficePlace Connect. The Workspace Booking app for Android and iPhone is the supported replacement.
